a. Maintaining Application loyalty management system
b. Manage Production Support team for Application loyalty management system
c. Solve application issues and root cause problem
d. Address and direct team for Bugfix and Project developments & implementations
e. Work with SDLC to ensure successful system implementation
f. Ensure and lead BAU changes configuration in existing products in accordance with business needs
g. Monitor performance and product configuration
h. Ensure that query data for the product / application being managed is correct
i. Review and deploy related configuration to existing product
j. Communicate with the software vendor and development team to address and direct the strategy within the agreed timeline
k. Tracks implementation timeline
l. Handle request and provide solution related to configuration of existing product
m. Responsible for the deliverables and support for project implementations and bug fixes
n. Reporting directly to the Production and Project Delivery Manager
o. Provide technical support through various communication channels
Requirements :
a. Up to 2+ years’ experience in Banking project (related to main banking application such as Core System, BigData, mobile and internet banking).
b. Knowledge production support for online channel banking application is a must.
c. Good understanding of banking business process in general.
d. Strong technical knowledge on web and mobile (microsite) support.
e. Good team management.
f. Strong technical skills with Windows, Linux, SQL Server, OCP, PostgreSQL & Oracle.
