Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales target in Modern Trade area
- Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
- Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
- Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
- Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
- Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
- Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
Requirements:
- Graduated from Bachelor/ Master Degree any major from reputable university
- Having experience as Sales Manager Modern Trade at least for 3 years from FMCG Company
- Familiar with modern market business and sales activity
- Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
