- Grow the business in the specified region year-on-year by increasing sales and overall profits.
- Responsible for the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate business opportunities for the responsible
- Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron and (potential) customers in the designated area.
- Analyze, signal and report customer potential, market shares and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor
- Evaluate, improve and implement merchandising and visibility of Omron products in primary sales
- Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor management / direct and indirect medical sales experience or consumer good product specially in Modern Trade channel.
Familiar with handling Modern Trade accounts, i.e. FMCGs, food, drinks, etc. or Modern Trade pharmacy accounts, i.e. Guardian, Watson, Kimia Farma and Century.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales team under distributor(s). Negotiation Skills. Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
