The Associate Director of Events & Sales hires, trains, manages and coaches Event and Sales managers. Primary responsibility is to service group business. This position may be the second in command in the Sales and Events department depending on the size of hotel. This person is assigned specific administrative responsibilities that should include supervisory duties over part of the Sales & Event department, including leaders and Administrative Assistants. This position may be required to carry and achieve an Events quota and service groups.
