Job summary
Lead business development and enable partnerships for Cover GeniusCreate and execute deals pipeline and lead product co-creationBuild deep strategic partnerships for offering insurance products
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, structure, and close complex partnership deals• Guide potential partners in understanding Cover Genius technology• Nurture a network of decision makers within target organizations• Deliver effective pitches to prospective partners• Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring timely solutions• Grow the Cover Genius brand through industry events and networking
Requirements
• Bachelors or higher degree in a related field• 8+ years of industry experience in partnerships/business development• Previous experience in Tech start-ups or Fintech/Insurtech/E-commerce• Strong network and deal negotiation/commercial structuring skills• Experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership• Track record of meeting revenue targets and performance-driven KPIs• Bilingual capability in English and local language• Appetite for challenges and enthusiasm for working in a small team• Knowledge of the FinTech/InsurTech/E-commerce sector
