Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing legal and technical documentation especially for M&A cases, but also open to Capital Markets and Debt Finance
- Conducting legal and technical research
- Analyzing commercial and legal information
- Assisting in due diligence - analysis of agreements and their subsequent description
- Drafting legal memoranda on broad range of topics arising under commercial law and corporate law precedents
- Providing direct assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day provision of legal services to leading international and domestic corporate clients
