Job Description
Be responsible for overall Treasury Group Liquidity Planning
o Develop and maintain mid-term cash forecast (monthly/yearly) by group/entity level to analyze the potential borrowing/lending/investment and optimize income and cost.
o Develop and maintain short-term (weekly) cash forecast by entity/country level to ensure the cash sufficiency for all group companies.
o Work closely with the business teams to ensure a sound understanding of business strategy that will impact to liquidity in each entity/country.
o Refine the forecast methodology utilizing data from various system sources, and construct liquidity stress scenarios.
Analyze the cash flow movement and always improve based on the latest requirements
o Analyze and review the actual cash flow movement (incoming and outgoing cash) in all entities. Analyze cash flow patterns to identify trends, anomalies, and potential liquidity issues.
o Measure the forecast variance by comparing actual vs. forecast figures and continuously update the forecast assumptions.
o Construct, classify, and present cashflow data timely and accurately in various categorization unit (bank account, currency, legal entity).
Design and analyze Treasury business cases upon requirements
o Provide qualitative / quantitative analysis output to other Treasury teams for internal projects / risk assessment / process improvement etc.
o Find out areas requiring process/system improvement and execute it to enhance Treasury Planning team capacities especially in planning, reporting, and analysis domain.
Others
o Possibility to conduct case studies about technology, control and governance.
o Proactive involvement / contribution to any of Treasury internal projects upon the assignment from manager and / or volunteer participation.
o Continuous research and analysis to understand market best practice in treasury capability, project management, etc.
o Ensure all the necessary documentations in place within Treasury (e.g. SOP, policy documents, regulatory documentations etc).
o Supervise and mentoring treasury analysts.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, or a related field; any Treasury qualifications preferred.
Ideal 5~6 years experiences in Treasury management in multinational company, business exposure to regional/ global market as a plus points.
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders in working such a dynamic and fast changing working environment.
Proactive, self-driven, love challenges, have get-things-done and problem solver attitude.
Advanced communication skills in English.
