Under minimal supervision, develops quantitative analysis of competitive intelligence, market segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives for global marketing development. Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex matters and projects. Develops moderately advanced computer models and provides specialist-level analysis. Coaches others in less senior positions.



Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of Growth Marketing campaigns, with a focus on MQL generation, email marketing, automation, SEO, and sales-led funnel optimization
  • Optimize current marketing automations (Pardot experience is a requirement), landing pages (paid and organic), lead scoring, nurtures, routing, and lead management with a focus on increasing qualified sales pipeline.
  • Develop and complete comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive demand generation and lead acquisition, including investigating and launching new channels.
  • Design and complete A/B tests with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, paid campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Build, design, plan, lead, measure, and optimize account-based digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Harness creativity and market insights to develop innovative demand generation marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive business results.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive performance. Use analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate findings to collaborators to drive business and marketing decisions.
  • Write documentation of tools, methods, and datasets.
  • Be a key driver of the marketing strategy by thinking beyond immediate analytical needs and understanding long-term implications.

Skills / Abilities

  • Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a requirement.
  • Excellent human relations and communication/presentation skills!
  • You can distill complex information into actionable insights for diverse audiences. You are adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and translating into various media
  • Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing and computer-generated modeling.
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.
  • Bias for Action. You know how to create a plan, build consensus and make things happen.
  • Experience leading complex and interrelated initiatives in a corporate environment
  • Cross-Functional Player. You can work with diverse partners to understand requirements, set expectations, and report progress. You are excited to collaborate with various team members from product managers to sales professionals.
  • Analytical Acuity. You understand value drivers within retail / ecommerce and are capable of partnering with Product and Analytics to resolve most salient data points articulating the value of a Product and develop a plan to tease out those data points
  • Retail Knowledge. In-depth understanding of the retail / ecommerce landscape, challenges, opportunities, and drivers; ability to craft a compelling story about the impact a product will have on a partner's ecommerce business.
  • Enthusiasm. You are passionate about working in an ever-evolving environment, but are unfazed by the ambiguity and multifaceted culture that come with it.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related business discipline with three - four (4) years’ experience in marketing, advertising, data science, machine learning, data engineering, or analytics roles.
Domicile / Relocation Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States..

Additional Information
Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois and New Jersey Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $7,233.00 - $9,042.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
