· Responsible for the preparation and cooking of specific dishes or components of banquet menus.

· Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established standards and recipes.

· Oversee and manage a specific section or station in the kitchen during banquet events.

· Collaborate with the Banquet Sous Chef in planning and executing menus for banquet events.

Work Experience

· Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school.

· Several years of experience in the culinary industry, with a proven track record in banquet or large-scale event catering.

· Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
