Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in the beauty product development field
• Fluent in English
• Wide understanding of skincare or makeup ingredients, or an enthusiast of beauty products
• Capability to research and analyze current market trends
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven record of leading product managers and cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in managing teams
• Availability to Work-From-Office (WFO) policy
