Hokkaido Baby is a Franco-Japanese patisserie that utilizes the freshest premium ingredients to provide unique culinary experience. Currently in need of a Business Development Executive B2B for Corporate with a hybrid work system, 2 days mandatory to the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales within the bakery, cakes, or hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of the bakery and cakes industry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and address client needs.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential Corporate B2B clients
- Actively seek new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for review by the Business Development Manager
