Lamina Group Business Development Manager

Jobs Function and Duties :

1. Create a sales strategy all business unit (Patella, Lamina Rehab, Arfa, Wellness)
2. Ensure that all services in the business unit meet established service excellence standards
3. Create sales achievement reports in accordance with predetermined targets
4. Carry out Business Development of related units
5. Analyze human resource needs, facilities and infrastructure in related business units
6. Create a budget plan for all activities in the related business units and their realization

Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, preferably in health management
2. At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager
3. Have a proven track-record in managing all aspects of a successful product
4. Have the ability to develop product and marketing strategies and actively communicate recommendations to executive management
5. Have strong problem solving skills and a willingness to work holistically
6. Have the skills to work with cross-departmental teams effectively
7. Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
