Lamina Group Business Development Manager
Jobs Function and Duties :
- Create a sales strategy all business unit (Patella, Lamina Rehab, Arfa, Wellness)
- Ensure that all services in the business unit meet established service excellence standards
- Create sales achievement reports in accordance with predetermined targets
- Carry out Business Development of related units
- Analyze human resource needs, facilities and infrastructure in related business units
- Create a budget plan for all activities in the related business units and their realization
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, preferably in health management
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager
- Have a proven track-record in managing all aspects of a successful product
- Have the ability to develop product and marketing strategies and actively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Have strong problem solving skills and a willingness to work holistically
- Have the skills to work with cross-departmental teams effectively
- Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
