The VET Business Development Manageris responsible for developing Royal Canin business through expanding distribution (Recruit new customers, increase numeric distribution and active customers), drive nutrition recommendation through Sustainable VET Advocacy (SVA), Vet Continuous Education (VCE), Vet Strategic Display, deploying VET channel strategies to VET customers as part of long-term business strategy, and identifying opportunities to grow together with RC Vet Customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for market growth by achieving sales fundamental targets (clinic coverage, active customers and number of SKUs distributed per customers), lead and execute VET Channel development according to plan, and pro-actively identifying opportunity and mitigating risks to achieve growth objectives.
- Create VET Continuous Education Plan to increase vet capability through Scientific & Business Education, through seminars, Small Group Discussion and Non-Vet Basic Health Education
- Ensure the effective visibility of Royal Canin products in VET Clinics through VET STRATEGIC Display
- Build customer engagement and development at all levels by representing Royal Canin Indonesia to customers on relevant issues and concerns,
- Build action plan initiatives, proposal and recommendation to develop customers to achieve growth objectives
- Provide timely and accurate market information
- Analyse information and sales distribution metrics to be translated as a report
- Implement sales automation to achieve objectives
- Deploy and implement Royal Canin Initiatives to have customers participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Vet background
- Minimum of 1 years in sales operation position
- Good analytical & presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years in sales operation position or 1 year as vet practitioner
- Open to frequent travels and fieldwork
