Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Pt. Indodrill Indonesia, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Indonesia. Your role will be crucial in achieving our strategic objectives and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the mining and exploration industry.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development strategy and action plan to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with the technical and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, market developments, and progress toward targets.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management within the mining or drilling industry in Indonesia.
  3. A strong network of contacts in the mining and exploration sector is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of the Indonesian mining industry, regulations, and market dynamics.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
  9. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
