Business Development Manager - Cikarang - Manufacture - Wfo (Id: 601934)

Requirements :

• Have working experience in Manufacturing company Plastic / Homecare sector, especially dealing with overseas Customers and in managing Business Development activities more than 5 years. 
• Able to go on business trip to join exhibition in ASEAN  and Middle east for expanding business and negotiation
• Have experience to do market research, make data and making sales strategy. 
• Have basic knowledge of  overseas （ASEAN and middle east） 
   

Key responsibility areas

• Responsible for managing Sales & Marketing for End Customer and Distributors for Indonesia & Oversea (ASEAN and Middle East) customers.
• Responsible for managing Key accounts and responsible to develop new business in Indonesia & Overseas (ASEAN and Middle East) Customer
• Responsible for making monthly/quarterly and annual sales plan and report for reviewed by management.
• Responsible for market research to understand the current trend in home & hair care / cosmetic industry.
• Responsible for monitoring manufacturing situation, delivery deadline and Account receivable management. And coordinate with other related department. 
• Responsible for Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
