The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Define, implement, execute growth strategy and initiatives for the marketplace platform
- Identify issues, develop strategic hypotheses, gather and analyse data that can help Shopee to better manage its sellers as a whole
- Coordinate with Shopee’s Category Management team to ensure Seller Management program have high adoption and success rate
- End to end stakeholder management, negotiation and project management
