Business Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute expansion strategies in new and existing markets.
2. Up to date with industry trends and developments to recommend strategies for maintaining position in a competitive edge.
3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential expansion opportunities.
4. Assist in the achievement of leasing’s annual business plan, KPI, target, budget, and procedures.
5. Source, connect, maintain relationship with retail group and landlords.
6. Follow up on renewals and negotiation ensuring the guidelines and terms agreed on as per the company’s structure.
7. Develop and maintain database of client in the system through regular monitoring.
8. Prepare accurate information and analysis ensuring meeting with standard and goals for approvals.
9. Conduct site visits for property acquisition.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum educational background Diploma in any field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in related role in footwear/active lifestyle/fashion industries.
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented.
• Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
• Self-starter, problem solving, and attention to details.
