Job Description :
- Develop & maintain Career Development Model & Career Path Design.
- Maintain Employee Career & People Readiness database.
- Develop Career Program Implementation (e.g; Individual Development Program/ Management Development Program).
- Carry out all policies, instructions, tasks and leadership directions determined later.
Job Qualification :
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Master in Psychology is preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skills:
- Understand Career Development knowledge.
- Proficient in individual development program.
- Proficient in executing employee promotion program.
- Proficient in handling employee career process.
- Proficient in executing people Readiness Identification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
