Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, including menu planning and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
- Manage cafe budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful cafe management, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial oversight.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
