Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Channel Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our retail channel presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail channel management, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand retail channel distribution and increase market penetration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key retail partners, including national chains, specialty stores, and independent retailers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of retail channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on retail channel performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail channel management or sales, preferably in the health and cosmetics sector.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing retail channel strategies that drive sales growth and market share expansion.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
