Requirements
• Maximum age 35 years• Minimum education of high school or equivalent• Minimum 2 years of experience as CDP Japanese Resto• Proficient in Japanese menus (Sushi, Ramen, Agemono, Katsu, etc)• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word• Understanding of Inventory System and Kitchen Management• Knowledge of controlling and checking goods and ingredients in the store
