To function as the Cluster Beverage Manger for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets beverage programs operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Main Duties
- Manage the beverage program menu design for each individual outlet and event area by focusing on the market trend, customer request and outlet concepts.
- Review and standardize cocktail recipes of both properties, working together with both bar teams insuring receipts are followed up.
- Create yearly beverage promotion plan for both properties, taking ownership for promotions sales activity, P&L and review.
- Review P&L of both properties, making suggestions to Cluster Director of Food and Beverage to insure hotels preform as per established budget and business goals.
- Increase beverage sales via training, reviewing and understating the market trends.
- Being visible leader in operation.
- Building rapport with guest and creating database for wine lovers in the local community to invite them to our events and promotions.
- To standardize the beverage offerings between Regency and Andaz Bali, reviewing standards in both properties and suggest improvements and offerings between properties.
- To fully understand and strictly adhere to all of the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- To respond to the results of guest satisfaction surveys and ensure the relevant changes are implemented.
- To be fully aware of all activity within the Hotel's on a day to day basis.
- To be a-hands on Manager and be present at all times on the floor, especially during busy periods.
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks.
- To liaise with the service and kitchen associates on daily operation and quality.
- To respond to any changes in the restaurant function as dictated by the hotel's.
- To ensure all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- To keep a positive and professional relationship between Restaurant Service and Restaurant Kitchen associates.
- To ensure all associates provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
This position is only for Indonesian
- Have a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
- Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain.
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel / High-End freestanding establishment or international experience are advantages.
- Strong in leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills.
