- Monitoring employee absences and calculate payroll every month
- Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, and others)
- Control payment, salaries, benefits and other from on time
- Check claim which will be sent and payment based on payment report
- Responsible for administration related to compesation & benefit, form compliance, data for tender, etc)
Job Requirement
- Max. 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management or another relevant field
- At least 1 years experience in HR Compesantion & Benefit
- Advance skill with Excel program
- Preferably have experience in HRIS and Payroll Information System
- Understanding with Government regulation in Compensation & Benefit and Implementation of BPJS Kesehatan
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Available ASAP is point a plus
