• Contribute to the development and execution of overall Business Development strategies. Identify, evaluate, and assess potential projects through comprehensive project assessments and feasibility studies.
• Implement business strategies and ongoing strategy projects across the organization to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Business Development plans, including strategies for market entry, product positioning, and sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for Business Development initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Track and analyze Business Development performance metrics to measure success.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferable in consultancy
• Strong understanding of market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
• Strong background in data analysis and the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian, other languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
