- Identifying customer needs
- Researching customer problems
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
- Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Willing to work in a shifting arrangement, including in the Graveyard hours
- Speaks fluently in Thai
