Requirements:

  • Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Researching customer problems
  • Providing the right solutions to customers
  • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
  • Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations 
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta, Indonesia 
  • Willing to work in a shifting arrangement, including in the Graveyard hours
  • Speaks fluently in Vietnamese
