We are searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing financial startup company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, and that issues are tracked with our internal teams to ensure that the resolutions arrive as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing support team members to ensure customers receive responses within 24 hours
- Communicate with the company's technical teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Track the most common issues on a weekly or monthly basis, and accordingly implement improvements to company processes
- Track and report user feedback with the goal of improving the usability of our services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
- 1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service or Finance role
- High level English language communication ability, particularly written English
- Able to effectively communicate and organize details with colleagues in other countries and cultures
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies with an interest in deeply learning the technology and industry
- Able to learn new concepts very quickly
- Highly professional demeanor when communicating with customers
- Willing to work at morning-time (9AM-6PM), without no rotation shift. These working hours are permanent
