Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end by helping client's inquiries based on their severity (client request, administration, and client complaint)
Coordinated with IT and Business teams regarding the issue
Has a deep understanding of products or services offered by a company
Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Made a daily and monthly report
Qualifications:
Bachelor of any major
Fluent in English (verbal and communication)
Proven experience in Customer Success or similar role
Possess advanced Ms. Excel skills or formulas (sum, vlookup, pivot table, filter, countif, sumif)
Good at making reports
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Has excellent attention to detail
Willing to WFO
