Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target clients sales within the professional services industry.
- Conduct market research to identify key players, industry trends, and growth opportunities, and leverage this information to create targeted outreach strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through various channels
- Understand prospective clients business needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop compelling value propositions and customized offerings for clients.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities, effectively articulating the value proposition and differentiation of our offerings.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client's sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects
- Min. 5-7 years experience in business, sales growth, enablr, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within the professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
