Job Description
Collaborate on new product development, focusing on acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling while prioritizing customer value and lifecycle optimization.Launch and analyze new campaigns and sales tactics to encourage continued product usage.Partner with Finance and Risk to establish ideal product pricing.Develop competitive counter-promotions based on competitor monitoring, ensuring targeted customer engagement and market leadership.Segment customers based on value and design tailored strategies to maximize their lifetime value.Define and monitor key Customer Lifecycle performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future initiatives.Design and execute strategies with the Chief CRM Officer to achieve cash loan product volume targets. The Successful Applicant Minimum 10-12 years of experience in operations and customer experienceSix sigma certificationUnderstanding customer life cycle approach and aspects.Excellent English communication.Good managerial skillProactive, solution-oriented approach to problems.Expert analytical abilities and the desire to evaluate data to enhance decision making.Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to effectively coordinate several key projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of the organization.
