- Partner with Finance and Risk to establish ideal product pricing.
- Develop competitive counter-promotions based on competitor monitoring, ensuring targeted customer engagement and market leadership.
- Segment customers based on value and design tailored strategies to maximize their lifetime value.
- Define and monitor key Customer Lifecycle performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future initiatives.
- Design and execute strategies with the Chief CRM Officer to achieve cash loan product volume targets.
