Requirements:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree from any major.
2. At least 1-year experience in Customer Service, fresh graduates are open to apply.
3. Typing test 50 WPM 90% accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills & customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
5. Willing to work in shifting time and public holiday.
6. Proactive mindset and highly motivated.
7. Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy. Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solutions; Experience in cross-border e-commerce platform, foreign trade, customer service is preferred.
8. This position will be full WFO in Bandung.

Job description:

1. Understanding and handling customer inquiries from sellers and buyers via live chat, or email are met by SLA accordingly.
2. Manage and resolve customer related issues and escalations and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
3. Provide a high level of professionalism and other duties assigned.
4. Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
5. Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and Indonesia.
6. Analyze customer experience reports and insights and provide suggestions and improvement initiatives.
7. Reporting/documenting the daily activity.
