Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree from any major.
- At least 1-year experience in Customer Service, fresh graduates are open to apply.
- Typing test 50 WPM 90% accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills & customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
- Willing to work in shifting time and public holiday.
- Proactive mindset and highly motivated.
- Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy. Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solutions; Experience in cross-border e-commerce platform, foreign trade, customer service is preferred.
- This position will be full WFO in Bandung.
Job description:
- Understanding and handling customer inquiries from sellers and buyers via live chat, or email are met by SLA accordingly.
- Manage and resolve customer related issues and escalations and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and other duties assigned.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
- Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and Indonesia.
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and provide suggestions and improvement initiatives.
- Reporting/documenting the daily activity.
