Uraian Tugas

The Diamond Club (Food and Beverage Loyalty Program) Manager is responsible for managing the Diamond Club sales and DC Elite (Health Club Membership), daily operation and, driving customer relations and members spends to our hotels outlets while monitoring local competition, negotiating corporate deals, implementing marketing efforts, and ensure membership renewals.


What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Commercial Director as the Diamond Club (DC) manager, you are responsible for meeting all sales targets for DC. The DC Manager will also be required to monitor local competition, negotiate corporate deals, and implement marketing efforts. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Meet and exceed the agreed sales targets for the Diamond Club set with the Commercial Director
  • Manage and drive sales team to ensure high levels of renewals and new sales to achive monthly revenue targets
  • Generate new business in line with Diamond Club strategy by analyzing local market trends and develop new business leads, Monitor local competitor activity and identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop customer membership within the local area to drive business
  • Negotiate packages with corporate clients
  • Develop and implement local marketing efforts including the usage of social media
  • Continually review DC offering to ensure competitive and drives sales
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure DC members are recognized and discounts and vouchers are easy to use.
  • Work with the Food and Beverage team to develop member events throughout the year
  • Manage Sales database, lead source data and CRM data.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
  • Manage monthly sales incentives and report to finance and Commercial Director
  • Deal with DC guests for both positive and negative feedback.
