The Atanaya Bali Hotel features 105 peranakan-themed guestrooms, 8 meeting rooms, traditional restaurant, rooftop pool in the heart of Bali. Located on Sunset Road in Kuta Bali - Indonesia, between Legian and Seminyak, next to Krisna Oleh Oleh gift store, holidays here are filled with physical and spiritual travel relaxation.
Job Duties Include:
Graphic Design 60%:
- Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concept; illustrate concept by designing rough layout with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts;
- Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays and productions for organization and its clients;
- Produce videos, photography, animated graphics and other electronic multimedia;
- Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions;
- Take creative critiques from management and clients to adjust design based on these critiques; adheres to organizations and clients branding guidelines;
- Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management;
- Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends;
- Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
Digital Marketing 40%:
- Identifies target market, creates a brand image, and creates and maintains a marketing campaign for the internet and for digital technologies;
- Increases brand awareness and promotes company products and services to increase production;
- Provide support for management of website's SEO, Google Analytics report analysis, and Google AdWords strategy;
- to increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions;
- Community and business outreach including identification of potential business opportunities and partnerships;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
- Experience in graphic design and editing video
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) or Canva, Figma is a must
- Knowledge in key areas of marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
- Ability to think creatively to develop marketing strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization
