KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Branding and Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the brand presence and drive sales on the e-commerce platform and live streaming channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Content Planning:
- Create and oversee the content plan, ensuring it aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content.
3. Promotions Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
4. Live Streaming Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate live streaming events to showcase products and interact with the audience.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for successful live streaming collaborations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related major
- >5 years of proven work experience in Marketing Manager, project manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or related position
- Good communication in English is preferred
- Strong problem solving and a good leader for team delegation
- Thrives a good performance especially in a tight deadline and schedule
- Knowledge about e-commerce, campaign, social media, KOL, and brand positioning
- Willing to work from office at North Jakarta
