Uraian Tugas

Position Overview: 

  1. The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  2. This position requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both the client's needs and the products/services
  3. The primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Regularly engage with clients to build rapport, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Identify key opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts.
  • Generate leads, initiate contact with prospects, and conduct sales presentations to secure new business.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales results, forecasts, and pipeline activity to management.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B eCommerce and/or Horeca environment.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Working Days : Monday - Friday, jam 09.00 s.d 18.00
