Position Overview:
- The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Regularly engage with clients to build rapport, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify key opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts.
- Generate leads, initiate contact with prospects, and conduct sales presentations to secure new business.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Regularly report on sales results, forecasts, and pipeline activity to management.
- Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B eCommerce and/or Horeca environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
