- Define criteria and identify KEY ACCOUNT customers/ projects to be managed under KAM
- Develop strategy & action plans to win new key accounts
- Manage relationship with KEY ACCOUNTs
- Execute end-to-end sales activity for KEY ACCOUNTs to ensure flawless customer experience
Job Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management / Engineering
- Experience min 5 years in related function, same industry is advantage
- Able to speak, read and write in English (Working Proficiency Plus)
- Understand customer needs and develop strategy to win new account
- Able to operate Microsoft office
- Able to make and do presentation
- Knowledge of the market for fuel users, especially mining
