Job Descriptions:
- To ensure Mundipharma product portfolio are listed, activated (ordered) and re‐activated (reordered) in targeted Key Accounts.
- Initiates, implements and monitors marketing programs, and control Mundipharma product portfolio discount at targeted Key Accounts.
- Understands client needs and makes sound business recommendations that will develop strong strategies (including the development of solid proposals to counter competitive plans) for long‐term business partnership with Key Accounts and organizations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency in the business process.
- Conducts periodic business reviews with key outlets/ accounts for performance analysis and strategic review.
- Coordinate & conducts meetings with distributors and related parties to secure inventory reports and to gather feedback on competition.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow‐up activities within the assigned territory.
Job Requirements:
- University degree any major or equivalent.
- Five (5) years minimum Sales experience in consumer healthcare industry or FMCG, preferably OTC & Personal care.
- OTC & Personal care category experience in modern trade is a must.
- Strong team player with pro-active attitude.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Autonomous worker with strong accountability.
