Job Responsibilities :
- Align strategies and responsibility with integrated sales stakeholders, and marketing,
- Developing key growth sales strategies,
- Developing tactics and sales action plans,
- Achieve constantly hitting annual targets, growing sales goals, and projections for next the season,
- Defines the country sales organization structure in line with budgets or targets by area,
- Building relationships and understanding customer trends.
- Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
- Resolve any ongoing and pending issues,
Requirements :
- Minimum education Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major,
- At least 5 years work experience as a Director of Sales in the field of electronics industry,
- Ability to handle all levels of management,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Proven business success in business analysis, planning, and implementation and proven management skills in building and leading effective sales organizations,
- Responsible and proactive, with a strong ability to withstand pressure and travel domestically and internationally
