Job Description
- Ensure revenue and profit growth of the entity as per the plan approved by the Board.
- Develop strategy aligned to the growth plans of the business.
- Analyze issues and situations to work out solutions and short-term tactical moves to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain customer relationship and have in-depth understanding of markets/segments to develop product strategy and marketing strategy.
- Oversee and periodically review the overall operations to ensure business/financial metrics.
- Maintain relationship with key vendors and ensure healthy vendor relationship.
- Lead new initiatives till such time as they become sustainable under respective functions.
- Collaborate with multi-national teams
