Responsibility :
- Follow up on the complaints or inquiries raised by clients
- Informed the related vendor to prepare the works and scheduled to conduct
- Coordinate with the team (Asset & Building Management) and related vendors and also monitor the work to be done properly
- Doing inspection & control regularly the engineering team related to mechanical & electrical works
- Developing & maintain daily, weekly, & monthly reports regarding the business process updates
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical, or electrical engineering
- Minimum having three (3) years of similar working experience in Facility Management preferably in the hard-service section
- A motivated and self-starter individual who can work as a team
- Proficient in English
