Supervise the finance and accounting for Asia Pacific region.
Actively coordinate with the HQ in France, Honk Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia accounting firms the daily tasks.
Prepare and follow up the cash flow for each entity.
Follow up financial dashboard and monthly reporting.
Review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Reviewing payments and process with payment.
Review and analyze the financial statements.
Review the tax reports for each country on monthly basis.
Manage annual audit process and preparation of statutory reporting in compliance with local accounting standards.
Work with internal and external stakeholders such as insurance companies and banks.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to participate in ad hoc projects and system enhancements as assigned.
Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA).
At least 7-10 years of regional experience in international company or international audit firm.
Ideally the candidate have begun his/her career in a top tier audit firm before making the move into industry.
Have an experience as Office Manager.
Good IT skills, well versed in Excel.
XERO knowledge is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and committed individual with strong communication skills.
Meticulous, organized and good attention to details.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with all levels internally and externally.
Ability to maintain financial accuracy while meeting tight timelines.
Fluent English and Indonesian, French or another Asian language would be a plus.
