Job Descriptions :
- To manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest performance
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Accountable for weekly and monthly stock takes
- Capability to increasing sales per head in cinemas concession
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to provided
- Lead F&B team by training and communication, monitoring recipes and wastage
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulation and cleanliness
- Have to keep their eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc.
- Have to deal with costs, pricing, and COGS
- Need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff
- Managing order food supplies, track shipments and communicate with vendors
- Collaborate with staff, vendors and the Management team for improvement
Requirements :
- 7 years of experience in managing Food and beverage or similar role
- Up to date with Food and Beverages trends and best practices
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
