Minimum 2 years as Senior Marketing Manager or General Manager or Vice Director, and possess deep understanding in beauty/beauty service/personal care industry.

Job description:
Plan and direct market survey and competitor activity, and analyze product strength to determine its appropriate market price.
Direct, approve, and evaluate promotional and marketing strategy for GT, MT, and outlets, also synergize marketing strategy across partners and distributors to achieve sales target.
Allocate and evaluate marketing and ads budget to ensure efficient and effective marketing programs to promote and increase awareness for multiple brand and product varieties.
Research, propose, and schedule promotion and offline marketing activity (events, exhibitions, trade shows).
Develop and schedule CSR activities to uphold a strong and positive company image.
Explore and develop new business expansion based on market research.
Direct product development and innovation based on market research, and ensure timely product/brand launch based on expected sales target.
Manage and direct the sales and marketing team to achieve sales target: Brand, Purchasing, Digital and E-commerce, Business Development, Key Account, Sales, Trainer, Store, Clinic, Hair Education.
Provide and present regular report to Board of Executives.
