S1 degree in any major.
- Proven experience in Cafe & Bar, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event planning, and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to changing environments.
- Up to date with current regulations & hype things

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate various events, including private parties, live entertainment, and themed evenings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, delivering exceptional event experiences.
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the cafe, bar, and front of house team.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, food quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Oversee event budgets, staffing, and logistics for flawless execution.
Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment. - Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team productivity.
- Develop, manage budgets, analize financial data, monitor and optimize cost controls to drive profitability.
- Prepare regular financial reports for executive review.
