Qualification:
- Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, time management, strong leadership, and interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail, able to run down coordination & supervision for controlling tasks and people
- Fluency in speaking and writing in Chinese is mandatory

Responsibilities :
- Support Managing Director in related with office administration, HR, procurement, etc
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Lead the business planning process and ensure timely implementation of the annual business plan through operational systems and procedures.
- Ensure accurate manpower planning, including recruitment administration and proactive coordination with support functions.
