Description Location: AmsterdamGlobal Category Lead at a glance We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced procurement professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Global Procurement. You will be responsible for the development of sourcing strategies that create partnerships between KHC and media+marketing agency(s) and partners of choice and deliver tangible results in time-bound period. This involves an integrated, proactive approach with participation from appropriate members of various Regions / Business Units and collaboration with network of regional Buyers. What's on the menu? Develop strategies and roadmaps to support the delivery of future services to the Kraft Heinz businessCollaborate heavily with internal stakeholders (like Global Growth organization, Media GCOE team, Zone CMOs, Global Marketing leads) as well as the agency and media partner (s) to deliver productivity and effectiveness across the media spend globally.Identify and manage strategic global partnerships, from partner selection through negotiation and contracting, partnering with legalManages performance when it comes to financial and media key indicators, ensuring contract compliance when it comes to media vendors.Develops and attains key performance indicators for implemented strategies to include identification of key drivers for proposed strategy, as well as generating effective action plans to close identified gaps around those KPIsMonitors industry trends and generate benchmarking opportunities with industry peers and between different zones within Kraft HeinzManages contracts, audit platforms and partners ensuring compliance & transparency around media spend globally.Recipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you!
