Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities for the premium home living brand.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize product assortments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.Manage the online product catalog, pricing strategy, and promotional calendar to drive customer engagement and increase conversion rates.Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management.Lead the development of innovative digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and enhance brand awareness.Work closely with external partners and vendors to optimize ecommerce platform functionality and user experience.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and ecommerce trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce Category Management, preferably within the home living or consumer goods industry.Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing performance metrics in an ecommerce environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.Willing to work from office in West Jakarta.
