Job Description
- Communicate and reinforce department and company business objectives, procedures, policies, schedules, and outcomes to employees to encourage employee participation and personal growth.
- Provide guidance to managers under the After-Sales division to meet deadlines, business objectives, and overcome challenges.
- Direct managers under the After-Sales division to support the company's vision and competitive strategies in driving business and facilitating regular discussions with their teams.
- Identify deviations from plans and recommend and/or take corrective action and encourage continuous improvement and innovation through the application of latest technology.
- Personnel discipline in accordance with company policies, including termination if necessary.
- Explore and integrate innovative technology to enhance after-sales processes and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend technological advancements.
- Make strategic decisions related to after-sales policies and programs, considering their impact on overall business objectives.
- Manage the after-sales department budget, including planning, allocation, and budget oversight.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for evaluating team and after-sales department performance, as well as the authority to evaluate the achievement of these KPIs.
- Establish and direct customer experience strategies and post-sales service improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate with dealers, business partners, and external service providers to ensure effective and beneficial partnerships.
- Explore, select, and implement new technology and innovations that can improve operational efficiency in the after-sales division.
- Manage relationships with key dealers and customers, including setting and achieving customer and dealer satisfaction targets.
- Make financial decisions related to after-sales operations, including pricing policies, revenue strategies, and cost controls.
- Evaluate, select, and manage third-party technology or service providers that support after-sales operations.
