Our Sushi Bar is currently seeking a talented andexperienced Japanese cuisine chef to join our team. As a Cook Chef, you will beresponsible for preparing high-quality, authentic and delicious dishes ofJapanese cuisine, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, and maintainingthe highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
· Prepareand cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, andramen
· Ensurethe highest quality and presentation of all Japanese dishes
· Monitorand maintain kitchen inventory and supplies specific to Japanese cuisine
· Trainand supervise kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques
· Adhereto all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Japanesecuisine chef in a professional kitchen
· Excellentknowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and cooking methods
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Abilityto work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of English language is essential
